He previously served as Country Finance Head at BAHAM Foundation for 2 years, General Manager Finance at Dawat-e-Islami for 8 years, Chief Financial Officer at ENGINE for 6 months, and Group Head Finance at Famous Brand (Pvt.) Ltd. for 9 months. He also served as Country Manager Finance & Administration at the UNDP South Asian Project for 4 years, Assistant Finance Manager at Akraam Cotton Mills Limited for 4 years, and Senior Auditor at Hyder Bhimji & Co. (Chartered Accountants) for 3 years. In addition to his extensive professional experience, Mr. Adeel Amin Gondal has also participated in international delegations and business visits across various countries, gaining valuable international exposure and experience in cross-border business environments. His international engagements have included visits to Malaysia, Thailand, South Africa, and Türkiye.

Abdul Basit Shakir is an accomplished business leader, finance professional, and entrepreneur with extensive experience across corporate finance, e-commerce, hospitality, real estate, and retail. He has served as Managing Director of KM Ustawana International for the past 8 years, leading strategic growth and overseeing diverse business operations, including Daraz, Shopify, and Chaaye Khana. Previously, he served as Finance Manager at Alburak, a Turkish company, for 7 years, followed by 4 years as Country Head – Finance at Kaya System, a UK-based company. His entrepreneurial journey includes 5 years in real estate and 4 years in the garments and clothing business, including large-scale sourcing from China for the Pakistani market. His core expertise encompasses financial management, strategic planning, business development, e-commerce, operations, international sourcing, and investment management. With a strong blend of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, he brings strategic vision, financial acumen, and hands-on leadership to driving sustainable business growth and longterm value creation at KM Ustawana International.

Mr. Malik Muzamil Saeed, Finance Director at KM Ustawana International, brings over two decades of expertise in financial management, budgeting, and administration. He served as Finance Head at Dawat-e-Islami for 22 years, leading organizational financial operations, and previously managed administrative leadership roles, strengthening his strategic management acumen.
